Our monthly subscription service is designed to make your life easier and more convenient. Every month, you'll receive a new shipment of Purrrfect Packs delivered right to your doorstep on the SECOND WEEK OF EVERY MONTH. No more remembering to buy it, no more running out at the last minute - just a constant supply of what you need, when you need it. Here's how it works: simply sign up for our monthly subscription on our website and we will ship your purrrfect pack within 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER YOUR ORDER and each consecutive box will be delivered on the SECOND WEEK OF EVERY MONTH. Our team will handle everything from procurement to shipping, so you can focus on what matters most - enjoying the benefits of your subscription!

1. Subscription Plan
- Monthly Plan: Billed monthly on the 1st of each month.

2. Payment
- Payments are processed through a secure online payment system.
- We accept major credit cards and PayPal.
- By subscribing, you authorize Purrrfect Packs to charge your chosen payment method automatically.

3. Shipping
- Subscription boxes are shipped on the first week of each month.
- Delivery times vary based on location but typically range from 3-7 business days.
- Shipping is free for subscribers within the continental United States. Additional shipping charges apply for international deliveries.

4. Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
- To avoid being charged for the upcoming month, cancellations must be made by the 25th of the current month.
- No refunds are provided for boxes already shipped.

5. Returns and Refunds
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your box for a replacement or credit.
- Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened or used items.
- Refunds are issued at the discretion of Purrrfect Packs and typically take 5-7 business days to process.

6. Subscription Modifications
- You can modify your shipping address, or payment information through your account dashboard.
- Changes must be made by the 25th of the month to be effective for the next billing cycle.

7. Auto-Renewal
- All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless canceled.
- Renewal charges will be applied to the payment method on file.
